Healing is not a straight line. It unfolds in layers, rhythms, and phases, much like the nervous system itself. At different times, we move between regulation and expansion, stability and sensation, solitude and connection. There is no correct pace and no fixed sequence. You begin where your body is. You work with what is present. The process meets you there.

Step One : Regulation

Returning to the body

You begin here if you are:

  • Living with anxiety, overwhelm, shutdown, or chronic stress

  • Recovering from trauma or long-term nervous system disregulation

  • If you are challenged in feeling safe, settled, or embodied

  • Seeking centeredness, grounding, and internal stability

This phase focuses on:

  • Moving held tension in the fascia, tissue, and the nervous system

  • Growing the Window of Tolerance and Emotional Capacity

  • Understanding how your nervous system organizes around safety, threat, and survival

  • Developing internal regulation rather than external coping strategies

This phase is not about “positive thinking” or mindset change; it is about building safety as a physiological experience, not a concept.

Step Two : Reconnection

Restoring sensation, agency, and relational capacity

You move here when you:

  • Feel more stable and resourced in your body

  • Are curious about sensation, pleasure, and embodied creativity

  • Want to explore connection from a somatic perspective

  • Feel ready to engage relationally with clarity, consent, and self-awareness

This phase focuses on:

  • Restoring sensory awareness and embodied pleasure

  • Working with numbness, shutdown, and shame patterns

  • Developing boundaries and relational attunement

  • Exploring relationships and connection through body-based, fascia-informed, vibrational practices

This is not about performance or identity,  it is about relationship: with your body, with others, and with sensation itself.
